Cooking Instructions
Cut paneer into cubes and seal them by pan frying for 1 minute. Drain and add to any dish or curry base of your choice.
Serving Suggestion: Combine any of Riya’s Pakora coatings according to the instructions on pakora pack and add uncooked cubed paneer to the mix. Dip coated paneer into hot oil and fry for a few minutes until cooked & heated through to create a tasty paneer pakora. Or for a grilled alternative, mix Riya’s Tandoori Masala or Peri Peri Masala according to the instructions on the masala pack to uncooked cubed paneer. Put under a hot grill, oven or BBQ. Add to salad, Riya’s Lavash wrap or Riya’s Handmade Fresh Tandoor Naan for a great tasting snack or meal!

This paneer is different to what I have had before. Its really soft and cooks beautifully. Its not rubbery and tough like some of the other brands I have tried. Coming from India where we made our own it is almost on the same level. impressed.
