Tandoori Potatoes

Who said Tandoori is just for Chicken? These spicy potatoes will give a new meaning to the nations favourite roast potato.

  1. Cut 1kg potatoes in quarters or wedges
  2. Take Riya’s Tandoori Masala pack, add oil & water according to instructions & mix to make a marinade
  3. Coat over cut potatoes and cook at 200 deg C
  4. Enjoy!
