Cooking instructions
Cut paneer into cubes and seal by shallow frying in some oil on a medium heat for one to two minutes. Sealing is required to prevent the delicate texture from crumbling during cooking. Drain and add to a dish of your choice. Ensure the paneer is thoroughly cooked and heated throughout before consuming.
