Cooking instructions

Cut paneer into cubes and seal by shallow frying in some oil on a medium heat for one to two minutes. Sealing is required to prevent the delicate texture from crumbling during cooking. Drain and add to a dish of your choice. Ensure the paneer is thoroughly cooked and heated throughout before consuming. Compliment your dish with Riya’s range of Naans, Lavash, Frozen Parathas and Chapattis.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
