Who said left over Turkey is boring? Forget the sandwiches and jazz it up using our easy peasy delicious recipe below:
You will need:
- Shredded or chopped left over Turkey
- Riya’s Tandoori or Peri Peri Spice Blend (Or mix the two!)
- 3-4 tbsp oil (more if you have a lot left over)
- Water
- 1 sliced onion
- Fresh Coriander
- Riya’s Handmade Naan of your choice
- Mint Yogurt Dip
Method
- In a bowl mix the spice blends according to instructions
- In a pan add the oil and add onion
- Saute until light
- Add the spice mix and cook in the oil for about a minute on low heat
- Add Turkey and mix thoroughly. If its looks dry add a dash of water to give some sauce
- Cook for a few mins until meat is heated throughout
- Heat the naan and add salad (or not)
- Add the spicy turkey followed by the mint yogurt dip & fresh cut coriander enjoy!
