    I marinate my chicken overnight with natural yoghurt and this tandoori mix then I cook in the oven the next day. I have it with Riyas homemade naans and it tastes the exact same as a kebab from a takeaway!

    I only use a little oil to mix with, and cook in hot oven. Makes bland chicken breast into a gourmet dish, serves as is or with a masala sauce and you got restruant quality food, but tastier 🙂

    This is THE most authentic and tastiest spice and actually the easiest tandoori to make. Ive tried it with chicken and lamb and paneer (an indian friend of mine introduced me to this and I haven’t looked back!).
