Ingredients
Wheat Flour (58.2%) (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamine, Niacin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Fenugreek Leaves (1.2%), Cumin Seeds, Crushed Chillies, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate), Calcium Propionate (Preservative).

Cooking Instructions
1) Brush each Methi Roti with butter or margarine if desired.
2) For microwave cooking, wrap in kitchen paper and heat at a high setting for 20 seconds.
3) Place in a pre-heated conventional oven at 150°C for two minutes.
4) May also be grilled under a pre-heated grill by grilling each side of the Methi Roti for approximately 1 minute.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place. It can be frozen.
Note: Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
