What is the difference between the lavash and a tortilla?
Lavash is a soft, thin, unleavened flat bread that is so versatile and healthy! Traditionally the dough is rolled out flat and slapped against the hot walls of a clay oven. Our Lavash is baked in a flame baked oven. The biggest difference is that the Lavash is a fully baked flatbread that is less doughy, less chewy and generally contains less oil.
Is it suitable for Vegans?

I’ve been looking for Lavash bread in my supermarkets for a while as heard great things.
First off they are much bigger than tortillas and lighter too plus the calories and balance of carbs, fats and proteins are great too!
My only problem is they seem to split when I try to wrap anything? Is this normal?

Hi Stephen
Thank you for your message! They shouldnt be splitting however if you sprinkle with water and then warm for a few seconds this should soften them up and be easy to roll.

These are amazing! So light and soft. Never heard of lavash before so thought I would try them. So glad I did! Not as stodgy as having a normal tortilla wrap and filling. will be adding these to the basket again!
